Hypersthene

Hypersthene is a common, dark, semi-precious gemstone known for its semi-metallic luster and silvery reflections. It's a member of the pyroxene family, typically found in igneous and metamorphic rocks, as well as in stony and iron meteorites. It's also used in ornamentation and jewelry.  

Hypersthene, a magnesium-iron silicate mineral, has the chemical formula (Mg,Fe)2Si2O6. In lithotherapy, it is believed to offer emotional and physical benefits, including promoting balance, enhancing confidence, and grounding energy. It's also thought to strengthen muscles, cleanse the body of toxins, and improve the respiratory system.
